I think they should use some other criteria, like...

best "aroma" removal or covering up [img]graemlins/gulp.gif[/img]
biggest bowls
softest TP
Autoflush or manual flush
Coolest flushing sound
Best wall distractions (for the wait)
Easiest locks on stalls, locks on stalls at all, or even do they have doors on ther stalls.
Best selection of "stuff" in vending machines [img]eek.gif[/img]
